French Toast, Bacon, Maple Syrup Ice Cream
Combine 200g condensed milk with 4 tablespoons of maple syrup. Whip 500ml of cream. Fold the cream into the condensed milk and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. No churning required.
Whisk together 3 eggs and 125ml milk. Dunk 4-6 slices of thick white bread into eggs then fry in butter until golden and crispy. Serve with bacon and maple syrup ice cream.
